Minnesota iPhone Developers Group
September 6th, 2008During the early Ruby on Rails days the ruby.mn list became the home-base for a few dozen people exploring the then-new web platform. As we learned Rails we shared with one another and collectively got very good at building Rails applications.
Today, the iPhone is the new-new. Lots of stuff to explore, a somewhat steeper learning curve, and — by definition — everybody’s pretty new to it. We need another/a-new list, just like ruby.mn back then, where we can share, learns, ask dumb questions, etc. To that end, I’ve created the iPhone Developers of Minnesota Google Group/list. Hope to see you on it.

Dan - Thank you for getting this started! iPhone dev is top of my list for new things to learn - just like Rails was a couple years ago. I try to learn one “big” think a year, and iPhone will be it.
